This is a really adventure package that includes the Inca Trail, the most famous
trekking of South America, the rafting in the Urubamba river, the Sacred Valley
tour and the City Tour, it also includes booking for tourist class
accommodations.
The Budget package is the best value for money, includes a good service with
porters and camping equipment.
Day 1: CUSCO
Reception at the airport of Cusco and lodge at Orquidea Real Hostal or
similar tourist class accommodations (*NOTE: First Class or De Luxe hotels
available on request). In the afternoon: Cusco City Tour from 2 pm to 6:30
pm. This tour includes the Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun) and the Cathedral.
The tour drives along the Circunvalacion Road up to famous fortress of
Sacsahuaman, then to Q'enqo, Puca Pucara and Tambomachay with Spanish and
English speaking professional guide. Includes Tourist ticket valid for the
entrance to many museums and ruins as well. Lodging at Orquidea Real Hostal.
Day 2: SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS (TUESDAY, THURSDAY AND SUNDAY)
You will be
picked up at 8,45A.M. Full day excursion to the Urubamba Valley,
visiting: the village of Pisac, a picturesque town of creole and colonial
aspect and its lndian market and craftfair. Lunch provided. In the afternoon
you'll visit to the fortress of Ollantaytambo, an architectural group that
in the days of the Tahuantinsuyo empire was a gigantic agricultural,
administrative, social, religious and military complex, then the Chinchero
market. At the end Return to Cusco and Overnight. (B,L)
Day 3: RAFTING
Breakfast. At 09:00 hrs. we leave for Urubamba river on the Sacred Valley of
the Incas (North of Cusco), where our guide will give a introductory chat on
safety and equipment for our trip running the Urubamba. After lunch we
return back to Cusco, arriving at around 17:00 hrs. Overnight at Orquidea
Real Hostal. (B,L)

DAY 4 INCA TRAIL 4DAYS 3NIGHTS
PISKAKUCHO (KM. 82) - WAYLLABAMBA
A spectacular early morning drive through the Sacred Valley of the Incas
takes us to our trailhead at Km. 82 of the Machu Picchu railroad. After
getting acquainted with our trail crew we set out, crossing a footbridge to
hike a gentle two hours down the Urubamba canyon, and then visit imposing
sculpted Inca farming terraces and the settlement of Llaqtapata on the banks
of the Cusichaca side river. We then climb a short way up the Cusichaca
valley to Wayllabamba, the last inhabited village on the trail, where we
camp.
DAY 5 WAYLLABAMBA - PAKASMAYU
We climb the steep-sided Llullucha valley past a rushing stream and through
enchanted native polylepis woodland. Crossing the rim of a small plateau, we
abruptly find ourselves in the puna, the treeless grasslands of the high
Andes. The trail traverses an open slope opposite mighty mountain crags as
we ascend to the first and highest pass, Warmiwañusca (4,200m/13,776ft).
Here we encounter spectacular views of the trail ahead to the second pass,
and look back to the sweeping snowpeaks and valleys of the Huayanay massif.
The trail to the floor of the forested Pakasmayu valley, where we make camp.
DAY 6 PAKASMAYU - WIÑAY WAYNA
We pick up an Inca stairway and ascend again past the small Inca site of
Runkuracay. As we reach the second pass, the landscape opens onto
spectacular new views to the snowpeaks of the Pumasillo range. We descend to
the ruins of Sayacmarca (Inaccessible Town), an intricate labyrinth of
houses, plazas and water channels, perched precariously on a rocky spur
overlooking the Aobamba valley. The Inca trail, now a massive buttressed
structure of granite paving stones, continues along the steep upper fringes
of the cloud forest through a colorful riot of orchids, bromeliads, mosses
and ferns. At the third pass pinnacles topped with Inca viewing platforms
overlook the archaeological complex of Phuyupatamarca (Cloud-level Town).
Pausing to explore the wondrous maze of Inca stone towers, fountains and
stairways that spillins down the mountainside here, we begin a long descent
through ever-changing layers of cloud forest. An Inca stairway partly cut
from living granite leads us finally to our camp by the ruins of Wiñay Wayna
(Forever Young), the largest and most exquisite of the Inca Trail sites.
DAY 7 WIÑAY WAYNA - MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO
An early morning hike takes us across a steep mountainside through lush,
humid cloud-forest of giant ferns and broad-leaf vegetation. Suddenly we
cross the stone threshold of Intipunku (Sun Gate) and encounter an
unforgettable sweep of natural beauty and human artistry -a backdrop of
twisting gorge and forested peaks framing the magical city of Machu Picchu.
We complete the final leg down the royal flagstone walkway, past outlying
shrines and buildings and into the heart of Machu Picchu, where we spend the
rest of the morning with a guided tour of the highlights and some individual
exploring among Machu Picchu's multitude of hidden nooks and corners. In the
early afternoon a bus takes us to the small town of Aguas Calientes, where
we board our return train to Cusco Overnight at the hostal.
DAY 8
Transfer out
Breakfast, transfer to the airport and end of our services. (B)

Transportation to the Km. 82,bilingual guide, cook, meals
during the tour , entrance fee to Machu Picchu Sanctuary. Return train
ticket to Cusco Back Packer, porters to carry the camping equipment, bus
from Machupicchu to Aguas Calientes town First aid kit, tents.

IMPORTANT NOTES

*Reservations need to be done two months prior to arrive to Cusco.
Nevertheless take note there is a limit of visitors per day so I suggest you
to book the trip as soon as possible to guarantee your spots.
*Remember to take your passport and your isic card on the inca trail because
without they you are not going to be able to do the hiking and take only the
necessary items for the 4/3 days trek, the rest of your luggages you can
leave it at your hotel in Cusco (most of hotels and hostals has an storage
where to keep until your return)
* Participants need to be in good physical health and condition it is good
for travelers who are in condition to hike up to ten hours, with breaks in a
single day to enjoy the Inka Trail. The trekking will be difficult if you
have not exercised regularly before your trip. To fully enjoy an Inka Trail
adventure, we advise passengers to get into an exercise program for their
own safety and enjoyment. If a passenger suffers from any medical condition,
we advise him/her to consult a physician about joining an Inka Trail
Expedition.

PARK REGULATIONS
Park authorities may occasionally designate different campsites than those
indicate The Inca Trail is part of the Machu Picchu Sanctuary, a protected
area of
32,592 hectares, managed by the National Institute of Natural Resources,
INRENA. Every visitor must obey park regulations prohibiting littering,
cutting or damaging trees, removing or damaging stones of ruins and the
Trail, removing plants, killing animals, lighting open fires or camping in
the archeological sites (Only authorized campsites can be used).

Our tour to
the islands on Lake Titicaca was a
wonderful day. We had great weather and the people that we met
were very friendly. The island of Taguile was a beautiful little
paradise. The hotel in Puno was very good, with a great
breakfast. It is too bad we could only stay one night. We kept
the room for the second night so that we could freshen up before
going on the bus to Cusco Peru.

We had a very nice trip to Peru.
Thanks for you help. Our hotels in Peru
were what we expected, very nice and the hotel help went out of
their way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed.
Our guides were outstanding. Always on time and catered to our
needs. Our groups were small except for the Sacred Valley tour where
we had 25 members. Food was plentiful and tasty at each restaurant.
The Hotel Casa Andina in Cusco gave us an upgrade when we returned
from MP which was very nice. Also, the Radisson gave us an upgrade
when we returned to Lima although we stayed only 6 hours.
Again, thanks for your services. I feel very fortunate that I
selected your travel services, because of the services. Several on
the trip thought I was mighty brave to select an unknown agency. I
was impressed with Ivan during our first emails and phone

I just returned back to the US from my trip to Peru. I wanted to let
you know how grateful I am for the wonderful experience that you
help me coordinate and plan. I loved all of the sites and felt I had
a unique experience that I will never forget.
The tour planners and the tour
guides were all wonderful and extremely helpful. Each of them were
very polite and knowledgable about their subjects and locations. I
learned alot about Peru and its customs.
The hotel on Machu Picchu (Sanctuary Lodge) and the hotel in Puno
(The Libertador) were excellent and I would recommend anyone to stay
in each of those locations. The San Augustin El Dorado was just
adequate; I found the hotel to be clean and the staff helpful, but
there is too much noise during the evening and mornings; this is
because many of the rooms overlook the central lobby of the hotel
and the acoustics create echos of sound from the front desk and
those people having conversations in the lobby area. Also, the space
heaters in each of the El Dorado rooms I stayed in did not work at
all. I do not think I would recommend the hotel to people unless
they didn't mind a noisy atmosphere.
The Posada del Inca hotel in Bolivia was very nice; I really liked
the rustic feel and intimate setting and the private gardens--the
views of Lake Titicaca and the mountains were spectacular. Although
I didn't realize it would be a hike (literally) up to it. One of the
couples I was travelling with on the first day in Bolivia had
trouble making it up the hillside (they didn't know they would have
to hike to the top to get to the hotel). I would recommend letting
potential guests know that it is a 40 - 45 minute hike from the dock
to the hotel itself. The guides were very helpful and it was good
that our luggage was carried up separately.
The trip was amazing and I just wanted to thank you for all of your
planning. I would recommend you and your staff to everyone I know
who wanted to plan a trip to go to Peru.
